BEIJING, January 11 (TMTPOST) — Chinese smartphone brand OnePlus launched its new flagship model OnePlus 10 Pro at the new product launch conference held on Tuesday.
The new flagship model starts from 4,699 yuan (around US$737) and will be available for purchase from 10:00 AM, January 13 on all channels.
OnePlus 10 Pro runs on Qualcomm’s high-end Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC and 12GB of ram. It is equipped with LPDDR 5 ram, UFS 3.1 storage and USB 3.1 technologies. The brand has continued its partnership with Swedish camera manufacturer Hasselblad on OnePlus 10 Pro’s camera system.
The 5G phone has a 6.7-inch QHD+ LTPO 2.0 display with a 120Hz refresh rate. According to OnePlus, OnePlus 10 Pro can move between 1Hz and 120Hz faster than on the OnePlus 9 Pro, which means there is less power consumption from the display.
The flagship is said to have amazing gaming performance because of its HyperBoost technology. HyperBoost full-link game frame stabilization technology is an AI-based algorithm that provides a better viewing experience when playing mobile games on OnePlus 10 Pro.
OnePlus 10 Pro comes in at 163 x 73.9 x 8.55mm and weighs 200.5g. It has a 5000 mAh battery pack and supports 80W cable supercharging and 50W wireless charging. According to OnePlus, OnePlus 10 Pro can be charged from 1% to 100% in 32 minutes using cable fast charging.
OnePlus 10 Pro has a 48MP main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide camera, and an 8MP telephoto camera on its rear. On the front, there is a 32MP camera. The flagship model has second-generation Hasselblad filters and modes. The phone now supports 12-bit raw capture on all three rear cameras.
The phone’s international version will be running on Android 12-based OxygenOS 12, while its China version will be installed with ColorOS 12.1.
The phone comes in two colors – black and green.
